Who I'm Fighting For

Today I put my pen to paper, but the words refused to flow. I would have written something inspirational, and it would have been a lie; I know... It seems the pen is only eager, to the spill the truth that flows through my veins. It seeks to unveil these buried emotions, of loss, misery and the acceptance of pain. But though the pen may write the truth of my life, it doesn't mean that I have to live it. It's true that I'm hurting without you here, but this was my heart and I chose willingly to give it: To that one lady, who I know needed it the most.
